I got the following utterly unfair message from some challenge participant today: "are you working bc game how come you get slots top 1 always not giving chance to others sad" I decided to reply in public because I am sure that there are quite a few brainless people around that think similar. No, I don't work for bcgame and even if, this wouldn't give me any kind of advantage. I play for many hours chasing the best multipliers possible, like everyone else that likes playing slot challenges. I am not always top 1 but I do try to be in the top 3 and sometimes I break even with the challenge prize or I even have a loss (i.e. the last Egyptian). Me stop playing doesn't give anyone a better chance to win, since no one of us can manipulate the outcome of a spin. The more you play the better your chances but also the higher the losses.

I also tried from my mobile phone (other ip) just in case there was some setting on my laptop preventing me from accessing the games but nothing there either. There must be some site ? licence? setting that causes this problem.

According to your link there shouldn't be a problem to play Net Ent from Germany, Austria, Norway, Cyprus etc. Still impossible to access any of the games from Germany or any other country. Support had obviously no idea in this case and they have nothing to do with challenges. You don't need a proof for a tiny fraction of a cent. The bet was shown as over 0.99 as you can clearly see in the screenshot and this is more than enough. No one would risk to lose a good paying spot to save 0.0000002 cent per bet.
