ENCE and Furia will compete this Saturday, November 5, in Swiss round 1 of the IEM Rio Major 2022 Legends Stage. After a great campaign in the European RMR, ENCE got a direct spot for this stage of the tournament. How IEM Rio Major 2022 works

 

In principle, the IEM Rio Major 2022 is a competition that will bring together all the best teams in the world in search of the most coveted title in CS:GO (Counter Strike Global Offensive), the Major. In the third and qualifying round, they showed a better level of play to beat BIG without significant difficulties by two maps to zero.

On the other hand, the Furia team appears in this confrontation after reaching the classification with a good performance in the Challengers Stage. They managed to advance with three wins and only one defeat. Before analyzing the campaign of the Brazilian team in the first phase, it is worth saying what the intentions are for the Legends Stage. Presenting itself in a capital form in the previous step, the only representative of the Major's host country and the current best team in Brazil is one of the favorites to win the spot in the Champions Stage, mainly for the reasons mentioned above.

 

In their campaign for the Challengers Stage, they managed to advance with three wins and one loss. In his debut, he started being surprised after having the game in hand against BIG, where they ended up defeated in overtime by 16×19. However, in the next two rounds, he beat his compatriots from 00Nation and the Europeans from OG to duel for the spot against GamerLegion. In the decisive clash against GamerLegion, they managed to win with extreme ease by two maps to zero, in partials of 16×9 in vertigo and 16×11 in inferno, respectively.
