Question

Hello, when I tried to withdraw money with my VIP 5 account, it asked for phone verification and I did it, but then my account was closed. I sent an email to support, filled in the information they asked for, but no one has responded. Has this happened to anyone before?

Do you own multiple accounts.  If yes the issue here is to as BC support for any remedy to your funds. But if no you need to contact them and prove your identity.
